Shift Collaborative Studio is pleased to present Wreckage, an exhibition of new works by brothers Davin & Michael Knight.

Comprised of related sets of paintings, drawings, and prints, Wreckage is a collaborative investigation of their shared family history. Each piece is based on the form of a hand-made toy car, an iconic symbol of their childhood. The overall narrative recounts a tragic car wreck in the early 1950's and follows the generational effects of such technology-related accidents.

Davin has a background in photography, digital imaging, and graphic design, and holds a BA in Photography from Western Washington University. Michael has a background in painting, drawing, and sculpture, and holds a BA in Painting from Western Washington University. They both currently reside in
Bellingham, WA.
